Installation and Setup

Prerequisites

A SeamlessChex account is required. Create an account here.

Compatibility and Requirements

• WordPress version 4.7 or later
• WooCommerce installed and active
• Latest WordPress version recommended

WordPress x SeamlessChex Plugin Installation

• Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard
• Navigate to Plugins → Add New
• Click Upload Plugin
• Choose the SeamlessChex plugin file
• Click Install Now
• Click Activate

Plugin Configuration and Usage

• Open the SeamlessChex plugin menu in WordPress
• Go to General Settings
• Enter your WooCommerce Consumer Keys and SeamlessChex API Secret Keys (Available in your dashboard at: https://dashboard.seamlesschex.com/settings/api)
• Select Live Mode when ready
• Save changes

Enable SeamlessChex as a Payment Method

• Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments
• Enable SeamlessChex
• Save changes

SeamlessChex will now appear as a payment option at checkout.

EIN Letter, Drivers License, Last month’s bank statement, Voided Check.

As fast as same day to as long as 2 days after a check has been entered.

How can I process a refund?

If the check has not been processed you will be able to cancel up until the batch closes. If the check has already been processed you can send a refund by sending a check using Seamless ACH.

How can I cancel a check?

You are able to cancel a check before your batch closes in the SeamlessChex portal.
