How Multi Login Works

SeamlessChex is unifying all of its products under a single login experience — one page, one sign-in, automatic routing to the right platform.

What is Multi Login?

Previously, merchants logged in separately at:

paynote.seamlesschex.com — Paynote (SeamlessACH) platform
portal.seamlesschex.com — SeamlessChex eCheck platform

With Multi Login, all users sign in from one page: dashboard.seamlesschex.com

The system automatically routes each user to the correct product — or shows a product selector if they have access to more than one.

After sign-in, each platform opens at its own URL: SeamlessACH at dashboard.seamlesschex.com/ach/ and SeamlessChex eCheck at dashboard.seamlesschex.com/echeck/.
Old bookmarks (paynote.seamlesschex.com, portal.seamlesschex.com) redirect automatically.

How to Sign In

Go to dashboard.seamlesschex.com
Enter your email address and password
Click Sign In
The system checks which products are linked to your account and routes you automatically

✅ Your credentials remain unchanged. No need to create a new account or reset your password.

Login Scenarios

Scenario 1 — Same email on both platforms, same password

Before: You logged in at both paynote.seamlesschex.com and portal.seamlesschex.com using the same email and password.

After Multi Login:

Go to dashboard.seamlesschex.com
Enter your email and password
A product selector screen appears — choose which platform to open:
• SeamlessACH (formerly Paynote) — opens at dashboard.seamlesschex.com/ach/
• SeamlessChex eCheck — opens at dashboard.seamlesschex.com/echeck/
You are taken directly to the dashboard of the selected product

Scenario 2 — Different email addresses for each platform

Before: You used email1 on paynote.seamlesschex.com and email2 on portal.seamlesschex.com.

After Multi Login:

Go to dashboard.seamlesschex.com
Enter email1 + password — routed directly to SeamlessACH at dashboard.seamlesschex.com/ach/
Enter email2 + password — routed directly to SeamlessChex eCheck at dashboard.seamlesschex.com/echeck/

No product selector appears — the system detects your account automatically.

Scenario 3 — Access to only one platform

If your account is registered on only one platform, you will be taken directly to that platform's dashboard after sign-in. No additional step is required.

Scenario 4 — First-time login via the new URL

If you previously bookmarked the old login URL (e.g., paynote.seamlesschex.com or portal.seamlesschex.com/#/login), you will be automatically redirected to the new login page. Your bookmarks will continue to work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to create a new account?

No. Your existing account, email, password, and API keys remain unchanged.

Will my integrations stop working?

API integrations will continue to work on the current API URL until migration is complete. You will receive advance notice before any changes are required.

What if I have trouble logging in?

What is SeamlessACH?

Will my dashboard URL change?

Yes. After Multi Login launches, each platform opens at its own URL:

• SeamlessACH (Paynote) → dashboard.seamlesschex.com/ach/
• SeamlessChex eCheck → dashboard.seamlesschex.com/echeck/

Old URLs (paynote.seamlesschex.com and portal.seamlesschex.com) redirect automatically — your existing bookmarks will continue to work.
