Rebranding Announcement

Paynote is Now Seamless ACH

A name that better reflects what our platform does — and aligns it with the broader SeamlessChex family. Your account, your data, and your integrations stay exactly the same.

Please note: as of June 23, 2026, all resources — including documentation, plugins, API references, and portal links — have been updated and reflect the latest information. If you use an API integration, WordPress plugin, or Checkout.js, update before August 23, 2026 — the old URLs keep working until then, after which they're retired.

Overview

Paynote is now Seamless ACH — a name that better reflects what our platform does and aligns it with the broader SeamlessChex product family.

This is primarily a branding change — the core platform, your account, your data, and your API keys are not affected. Merchants using API integrations, the WordPress plugin, or Checkout.js must make one update before August 23, 2026.

One action is required from merchants who use API integrations: the new API URL https://api.seamlesschex.com/ach/v2 has been live since June 23, 2026. The current URL will continue to work until August 23, 2026 — update your integrations before the deadline.

⚠️ Action Required — New API URL

The most important change that requires action from you is the introduction of a new API URL.

If you use any of the following, you will need to update the API URL:
  • Custom integrations — any code that makes direct calls to the Paynote API
  • WordPress plugin — install the new Seamless ACH plugin; it applies the new URL automatically (the old Paynote plugin is closed)
  • CheckoutJS — replace the script src with https://dev-ach.seamlesschex.com/checkoutjs/sdk-min.js, per the documentation. Learn more →
  • CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, etc.) — update the endpoint URL in your integration settings
  • Any other direct API usage

The new API URL https://api.seamlesschex.com/ach/v2 is available starting June 23, 2026. The current URL https://api-paynote.seamlesschex.com/v2 will continue to work until August 23, 2026. Update your integrations before that date.
