Rebranding Announcement

Paynote is Becoming SeamlessACH

A name that better reflects what our platform does — and aligns it with the broader SeamlessChex family. Your account, your data, and your integrations stay exactly the same.

Overview

Paynote is rebranding to SeamlessACH — a name that better reflects what our platform does and aligns it with the broader SeamlessChex product family.

This is a branding change only. The core platform, your account, your data, your API keys, and your existing integrations are not affected.

One action will be required from merchants who use API integrations: when the new API URL is announced, it will need to be updated in your integrations. You will receive advance notice before any change is required.

⚠️ Action Required — New API URL

The most important change that requires action from you is the introduction of a new API URL.

If you use any of the following, you will need to update the API URL:
  • Custom integrations — any code that makes direct calls to the Paynote API
  • WordPress plugin — an updated version will be released automatically; updating the plugin will apply the new URL
  • CheckoutJS — update the script source URL
  • CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, etc.) — update the endpoint URL in your integration settings
  • Any other direct API usage

We will notify you in advance before the old API URL is retired. You will have time to update your integrations. No action is needed right now.

New Multi Login

As part of this transition, we are launching a new unified login page at dashboard.seamlesschex.com.

  • If you use only Paynote / SeamlessACH — you will sign in and land on your dashboard at dashboard.seamlesschex.com/ach/
  • If you also use SeamlessChex eCheck — you will see a product selector; eCheck opens at dashboard.seamlesschex.com/echeck/
  • Your email, password, and credentials remain the same
